All Salt Skins, LLC designs, artwork, logos, product names, photography, written materials, graphics, product concepts, marketing materials, and brand assets are proprietary property of Salt Skins, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold, or used without written permission.

Any unauthorized use of Salt Skins, LLC intellectual property, designs, product images, brand names, or written materials is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt Skins, LLC's total liability for any order, product, shipment, delay, defect, damage, or claim will not exceed the amount actually paid by Buyer for the specific affected product.

Salt Skins, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages of any kind.

Force Majeure

Salt Skins, LLC is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, labor shortages, supplier delays, material shortages, production disruptions, customs delays, port delays, government actions, power outages, technology issues, illness, accidents, or other events beyond Salt Skins, LLC's control.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Salt Skins, LLC, Buyer acknowledges that Buyer has read, understands, and agrees to Salt Skins, LLC's Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Legal Notice.

Buyer further agrees that Salt Skins, LLC is not responsible for Buyer's resale results, retail customer returns, late-arriving shipments caused by carriers or third parties, or any financial losses beyond the limited remedies expressly stated in these policies.

Salt Skins, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. The policy in effect at the time Salt Skins, LLC accepts Buyer's order will govern that order.
