"Into The Blue" - Dana Katz - Marine Ambassador Unisex Hoodie
We are honored to produce this commemorative fishing hoodie in memory of Dana Katz, marine biologist, loving friend, and one of the most dedicated fisherwomen on the planet.
Dana Katz spent her career as a marine biologist surveying local waters and working every day to protect the ecosystems she loved. In 2020, Dana lost her life in a tragic accident while out in the field, doing the work she was devoted to. She is remembered by her friends, family, and the marine conservation community as a true Marine Ambassador, in title and in spirit.
"Into the Blue" is dedicated to Dana's memory. The design carries a Bluefin Tuna; a species she held a deep love for. A subtle detail on the left sleeve reads "Marine Ambassador," a quiet tribute to a life spent in service of the water. The custom logo is derived from a tuna tattoo that Dana proudly wore as a dedication to the marine life she cared so deeply about.
"Into the Blue" honors Dana's work alongside the FWC and the efforts of everyone continuing her commitment to Florida's waters. Special gratitude to Capt.
